A missing Westmoreland County girl was found Wednesday in Harrisburg, according to state police. She was picked up by a man driving a green Subaru Outback and apparently driven to Lancaster the same day, police said. The Subaru Outback was seen in the Acme/Donegal area on Dillon Road early on July 24, authorities said.
