Australian fitness franchise Strong Pilates has entered into a major partnership with Poland’s largest wellness franchise operator Xtreme Brands, as the fast-growing company looks to add central and eastern Europe to its growing portfolio. Ramsey said Strong Pilates is the first external brand to join Xtreme Brands’ existing portfolio, which includes 189 fitness gyms. “Xtreme Brands is aiming for 750 operating locations by 2030, with many of these being Strong Pilates studios,” he added. “Strong Pilates is a proven international concept that responds to growing demand for training that combines pilates, strength and cardio,” he said. Strong Pilates made the Smart50 list of Australia’s fastest growing SMEs in 2024 and 2025.
