LONDON: King Charles III appeared upbeat and energetic in new photographs released by the British royal family following his appearance at the Mey Highland Games in Scotland, as he continues treatment for cancer.

Charles has served as Chieftain of the Mey Highland Games since 2002, succeeding his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother.
The royal family is also celebrating the birth of a baby girl to Princess Eugenie, whose arrival was announced on Aug. 4.
