Second Lady Usha Vance is opening up for the first time about what life in the Vice President’s residence is like now that her fourth child has arrived. Vice President Vance and the second lady welcomed baby No. 4 on July 19, announcing in an Instagram post that Alec Neel Vance had arrived safely. Vance also said she’s been making an effort to do things individually with each of her older kids and the baby, so no one feels left out. “I’m really glad that we took this plunge,” Vance said.
