BY REP. TODD CARVERI have spent a great deal of time thinking about HB 328, which aims to regulate hemp-derived consumables. HB 328 would take steps to regulate the hemp industry in North Carolina. The first section would place much-needed age requirements on the purchase of hemp products. The second part of HB 328 would place a potency limitation on all products of .4mg THC per container. North Carolina needs to regulate the sale of consumable hemp products.
