Rokstone hires former AIG exec for financial lines launchManaging general agent Rokstone said Wednesday it has appointed former American International Group executive James Hebert as head of U.S. financial lines as it launches a U.S. errors and omissions insurance division. New York-based Mr. Hebert most recently was head of professional liability and cyber, North America, at AIG. He will lead the development of Rokstone’s U.S. financial lines business. The division is backed by A-rated capacity from Builders Insurance, with an initial $5 million line for professional liability, Rokstone said. The platform will support small and midsize business risks through a digital trading platform while also facilitating placements for larger and more complex risks, Rokstone said.
