Gallagher Bassett promotes Varun Jain to EVPGallagher Bassett Services has promoted Varun Jain to the newly created position of executive vice president of enterprise performance and product leadership. Mr. Jain will oversee enterprise product leadership, global account management and strategic initiatives implementation, with responsibility for driving alignment and execution across those areas. He joined Gallagher Bassett in 2024 as senior vice president of North America solutions. Before joining Gallagher Bassett, Mr. Jain was senior vice president of strategic and product partnerships at Worldpay, where he led strategic growth initiatives, developed partnerships and supported product innovation. He also previously held product management and operational leadership roles at technology companies focused on scaling customer platforms and services.
