Marsh Risk hires former John Deere captive insurance execFormer John Deere captive insurance executive Aileen Krehbiel has joined Marsh Risk as global strategic client service leader, captive solutions, Marsh said Wednesday. Bettendorf, Iowa-based Ms. Krehbiel reports to Michael Serricchio, U.S. and Canada regional leader, captive solutions. She will lead Marsh’s captive strategy for its largest and most complex global captive clients in the newly created role. Ms. Krehbiel most recently was manager of captive insurance programs at equipment manufacturer John Deere, where she also was responsible for employee benefits technical accounting. Before joining John Deere in 2011, she was an assurance manager at Ernst & Young.
