Yesterday, Shreveport Police Department responded to a major crash involving a vehicle and two pedestrians on Jefferson Paige Road. The preliminary investigation revealed that an 18 year-old woman was walking eastbound in the roadway while pushing her 1 year-old child in a stroller. From SPD:"Due to the severity of the crash, the Shreveport Police Department Crash Investigation Unit was notified and is continuing the investigation.
