Novee has expanded its AI penetration testing platform to mobile applications, extending continuous testing across mobile, web, APIs, desktop software and AI-enabled applications. Novee said users can upload a mobile application package and receive results within hours, alongside findings from their other application assets. Assessments map to the OWASP Mobile Application Security Verification Standard and Mobile Application Security Testing Guide. Novee said its researchers manually found seven Universal Cross-Site Scripting vulnerabilities in Android WebView, then directed the platform to test 20 additional Android applications. The company said the platform now tests Android applications for origin-validation gaps, navigation weaknesses and bridge-authentication issues.
