TTM Technologies, the Santa Ana-based maker of printed circuit boards, reported second quarter net sales of $1 billion, beating analyst estimates of $965 million. The 37% increase in revenue set an all-time quarterly record. The “data center and networking end market was 40% of total net sales driven by continued AI demand,” TTM said in a statement. “We are excited about TTM’s strategic position given our strong existing customer momentum in addition to our announced agreements to acquire Swiss Technology Group AG and ILFA GmbH, as part of our entry into Europe, which we expect to close in the third quarter of 2026,” Chief Executive and President Edwin Roks said. Following the report, shares rose less than a percent in after-hours trading to $132 with a $13.6 billion market cap.
