Get ready to groove to the tunes at the Eagle River Jamboree, a new, two-day music festival taking place at the Eagle County Fairgrounds on Aug. 8-9. Inspired by legacy events like the Bonfire Block Party and Eagle Outside Fest, local organizers of the Eagle River Jamboree aim to establish long-term roots on the community event calendar. “Eagle River Jamboree is more than just a music festival,” event organizer Zach Gilliam of Eagle said. So here we’re going to find jam, rock, blues, country, bluegrass, funk and also DJs, house music and dance music,” Gilliam said. Ripe will headline the Eagle River Jamboree on Saturday night at the Eagle County Fairgrounds.
