Dancers of all ages take to the stage at Suffolk festival

The Ipswich Dance Festival was held at the Royal Hospital School on August 1 and 2, featuring more than 60 categories of Ballroom and Latin American dance.

Ballroom styles on display included the waltz, tango, foxtrot and quickstep, while the Latin categories featured the cha cha cha, samba, rumba and jive.

The next Ipswich Dance Festival will return to the Royal Hospital School on October 24 and 25, 2026, and is expected to be the festival’s biggest event of the year.
