Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said it received a report that between 5.50pm and 6pm on Saturday, June 20, a man in his 20s was assaulted at Long Beach Bar on Collwell Chine Road. An investigation has been launched, and as part of enquiries, a 30-year-old man from Freshwater was arrested on suspicion of assault. He has been bailed with conditions until October 22 while enquiries continue. Police are now appealing for witnesses and information. A spokesperson said: "We would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed this incident.
