Fans of the TV show “Parks and Recreation” are familiar with the ill-fated miniature horse, Li’l Sebastian. Around 2 p.m. Wednesday, the Chesterfield County Animal Services Facebook page posted about a lost miniature horse trotting around Elkhardt Road and Parkway Lane. The original Facebook post asked users to provide any information to help return the horse home. After spending a day in a Chesterfield animal shelter, the horse's owners retrieved it Thursday evening.
