IonQ's [IONQ] Capella Space, ICEYE US, and Umbra have received Radar Commercial Augmentation (RCA) sole source contracts from the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) for commercial synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imagery, the agency said on Wednesday.
