GM homologation team satisfied with Camaro parity

Midway through the New Zealand swing Supercars granted the first of two changes to the Camaro aero package in a bid to shift the balance rearwards.
Four events have now passed during which GM spearhead Anton De Pasquale has banked four podiums, including a race win in Darwin.
That has left Burgess, who heads up GM’s homologation squad Team 18, satisfied that the Camaro is on par with the Mustang and Supra in teams of parity.
“I think we’ve shown we can race at the front if we can get ourselves there.
There are currently two Camaro drivers holding down Finals positions, with De Pasquale in sixth and Jack Le Brocq in 10th.
