FBI Director Kash Patel has disclosed that the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation has established formal law enforcement partnerships with both China and Russia, targeting transnational crimes including fentanyl trafficking, cyber fraud, and child sexual exploitation. US, Russia and China agreed to confiscate passports of crime suspects. The collaborations have involved personnel exchanges, joint raids, and intelligence sharing, with Chinese law enforcement officials visiting the United States and FBI agents travelling to China to work on active cases. Chinese state media separately reported that at least one suspect inside China accused of serious violent crimes was repatriated to the United States under the arrangement. "They are not going to stop, but if we can go and have wins for America, then we must engage."
