An "instruction manual" on how to safely cross the English Channel in a small boat is being distributed to migrants in northern France. An Arabic version of the leaflet was found by Lee Anderson, Reform UK's chairman, at the migrant camp near Loon-Plage outside Dunkirk. "It's got helplines and a website to help the migrants crossing the Channel," he said. On Wednesday, Mr Anderson was involved in a confrontation with French police as he tried to approach the migrant camp from the main road. Mr Anderson said: "They let the migrants camp here and straight away they ask for our ID again.
