DOUGLAS COUNTY — A Henning man faces two felony first degree controlled substance crimes in Douglas County. The charges were filed against Ivan Ray Vaughan, 62, in Douglas County District Court on July 29. The informant was provided with a recording device and $1,000 to make the purchase, the statement reads. In a recorded statement, the informant described purchasing the methamphetamine directly from Vaughan for $1,000, the statement reads. A warrant for Vaughan's arrest has been filed in Douglas County District Court.
