(ABC 6 News) – The Rochester brewery, Thesis Beer Project, is preparing to close by the end of the year as owners point to construction that they say has led to a decline in sales. She said the amount of construction has left her thinking twice about navigating the city she used to work in. Staff at Thesis Beer Project said the owners did not want to talk on camera. That is why the City works directly with businesses throughout construction to understand their experiences, identify concerns and make adjustments wherever feasible. The City’s Business Forward initiative helps businesses navigate temporary construction-related challenges through coordination, communication, increased visibility and connections to available resources.
