(Horizon Media / DILIJAN)—Hyatt Hotels Corporation is preparing to enter the Armenian market through an agreement with local developer Green Rock to establish a Hyatt Regency hotel in Dilijan. The Hyatt Regency Dilijan will be part of a larger mixed-use development and will feature 205 rooms and suites. A conference centre capable of accommodating more than 550 guests is also planned, along with a rooftop helipad. The hotel is expected to create more than 400 jobs, while Green Rock projects that its broader investment program in Dilijan could generate over 800 positions. Hyatt Regency currently operates more than 245 hotels in over 50 countries, and its arrival is expected to further strengthen Armenia’s growing tourism and hospitality sector.
