Officers have issued a photograph of a man they want to speak to about the incident at North Yorkshire Park near Scarborough on Sunday, July 12, at 12.15pm. A police spokesperson said: “We would like to speak with this person regarding a dog dangerously out of control on Sunday the 12th of July at around 12:15 at North Yorkshire Water Park, Long Causeway Road, Wykeham Lakes.” North Yorkshire Police has urged anyone with information about the incident to phone 101 or email Dom.Tyson@northyorkshire.police.uk quoting reference 12260132376.
