Zelenskiy had warned on Saturday that his country had run out of Patriot missiles and that only one of 27 ballistic missiles fired by Russia that day had been shot down. He told reporters that the US had not agreed to letting Ukraine build Patriot missiles and the US must be "very careful about letting somebody build them".
