ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The rain in the Rochester area this summer means that lawns have been growing quickly, and overgrown lawns are becoming an issue in some neighborhoods. This viewer sent News10NBC a photo of a yard on Ferris Street where grass was spilling onto the driveway and sidewalk. The city says you can report overgrown lawns by calling 311 or filing a report online.
