Two formally charged in Austin shooting; one more accused of aiding and abetting

AUSTIN — Three men face burglary, assault and firearm charges after a non-fatal shooting Monday morning.
Fuentes is being held on $350,000 bail with conditions, including GPS monitoring, while Castaneda III was assigned $250,000 bail with conditions, including the same.
He faces charges of aiding and abetting the following: first-degree burglary of an occupied building; first-degree burglary while possessing a weapon or explosive; first-degree burglary including assault; and second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon.
Fuentes and Castaneda III declined to speak with investigators.
As the Post-Bulletin previously reported, both Fuentes and Castaneda III were on probation for previous firearm convictions.
