Police were called to Walham Green Court in Fulham, near the Tommy Tucker pub, on Monday (August 3) at 5.48pm following reports of the incidents. Emergency services, including the ambulance service and London Fire Brigade, were at the scene. A man, 59, has been arrested on suspicion of fear or provocation of violence, wasting police time, and public nuisance. However, eyewitnesses report that officer remained at the scene the following day (August 4). This is understood to be a stand-off that lasted for hours.
