Battlefield Studios has deployed Battlefield 6 update 1.4.1.5, correcting a PC problem that could trigger graphics-driver crashes on certain NVIDIA GPUs. This is more extensive than initial reports that associated the crashes primarily with water-heavy maps. Because the correction is delivered through the game, players do not need a new NVIDIA driver specifically for this issue. The distinction matters because game crashes attributed to a “driver failure” do not necessarily require a GPU-driver update. Update 1.4.1.5 also addresses deployment speed, aiming transitions, water behavior, vehicle operation, challenge tracking and numerous user-interface, map, collision and audio problems.
