This time, the brand has collaborated with Honda to commemorate 45 years of the Honda Motocompo, the car manufacturer's now-iconic folding scooter. It's bright yellow with sharp black lines just like on the Motocompo, and features the Honda logo at 9 o’clock, with “AUTOMATIC” printed in retro-futuristic font above 6 o’clock . The caseback also features a layer of red paint, just like the accents of the Motocompo scooter, and a limited-edition engraving. As is always the case with Seiko, this may be a design-first collaboration but it doesn't compromise on the technical assets. Perfectly standard for a Seiko 5 Sports, and even more of a steal for a distinctive, limited-edition piece.
