Queen of Cups in Glastonbury, a Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded restaurant, will host the event on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, in collaboration with Slow Food in the UK. The evening will showcase a five-course menu inspired by the principles of sustainability, biodiversity, and food heritage and will begin at 6.30pm. "We’ll be cooking with incredible ingredients from producers we know and love, alongside some remarkable heritage ingredients from Ark of Taste. Shane Holland, executive chairman of Slow Food in the UK, will open the evening with a talk on the global impact of the Slow Food movement. With limited seating available, the event promises to be a unique dining experience celebrating place, produce, and purpose.
