Kohima, August 5 (MExN): Japfu Christian College (JCC), Kigwema, on Wednesday hosted the district-level programme under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan 2026, aimed at raising awareness among youth about the dangers of substance abuse and encouraging their participation in building a drug-free India. The programme was organised under the aegis of MY Bharat Kohima of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. State Programme Supervisor Ruokuovikho Chale highlighted the significance of the Nasha Mukt Bharat campaign and urged participants to become ambassadors of a drug-free society. As part of the programme, participants took a drug-free pledge, reaffirming their commitment to stay away from drugs and substance abuse.
