An 11-year-old Baltimore County boy caught a big fish — and a big award for his feat. Talan Scott Vrablic, of Rosedale, earned a Master Angler Milestone Award under the Maryland Department of Natural Resources’ FishMaryland program. The award recognizes recreational anglers who catch 10 trophy-sized fish of different species in Maryland. Talan becomes the fifth youth angler (under age 16) and one of two 11-year-olds to receive the award.
