Following this, two men were arrested and later charged, appearing separately before Dungannon Magistrates Court. The other, Ryan Patrick Martin Kerr (34) from Derrylattinee Road, Dungannon was charged with murder and has been remanded in custody ever since. Deena McDonald (29) from Sycamore Green, Dungannon is charged with withholding information namely knowing that a murder had been committed and failing to provide this to police to securing apprehension, prosecution or conviction. A prosecuting lawyer told Dungannon Magistrates Court there is s case to answer which was agreed by District Judge Francis Rafferty. Judge Rafferty remanded Kerr in continuing custody and McDonald on £250 bail to appear for arraignment at Dungannon Crown Court on October 2026.
