Kirsty Kenwell (24) of Bayview Close, Enniskillen admitted a charge of driving at a speed of 90 mph in a 60- mph zone. A legal representative said the speeding was just one mile above the Fixed Penalty Notice bracket of 89 mph. She was hoping to get a DI licence to drive a bus and this was foremost in her mind. The defendant had put a speed limiter in her car and was embarrassed to be in court and would not be back again. The judge imposed four penalty points and fined the defendant £90.
