The independent yarn and fabric specialist welcomed customers to 28 High Street from Tuesday, August 4, bringing its wide selection of materials, haberdashery and expert advice into the heart of Stroud’s town centre.
Owner Christina Hinder said: "I am so pleased to be on Stroud High Street, a place I have loved for so long and to be a part of the retailing community in this part of the high street is very exciting.
In Stitches also expressed gratitude to the many people and businesses who helped make the move possible.
Workshops and craft sessions are held regularly, including crochet and amigurumi classes run in partnership with local textile organisations.
The new store occupies the former Haberdashery Twist unit and has been transformed into a bright and colourful hub for crafters of all ages and skill levels.
