One crash that caused havoc was a breakdown blocking the centre lane at Manning Road, Leach Highway eastbound. Main Roads WA reported it at 5.45pm and advised that the traffic was slow on approach. Another crash was reported by Main Roads WA at around 4.45pm, have brought motorists to a crawl with the right lane blocked on Tonkin Highway northbound before Stock West Road in Bullsbrook.
