Portadown based Irwin has been awarded the mechanical and electrical contract for the redevelopment of Cambridge Halls in Manchester, working in partnership with GRAHAM Construction on a landmark purpose-built student accommodation development. Located within Manchester Metropolitan University All Saints Campus, the redevelopment forms part of the University’s wider campus regeneration plans. As part of the project, Irwin will deliver the complete mechanical and electrical services for 1,101 student bedrooms. Design development is already progressing, with Irwin coordinating the mechanical and electrical services ahead of construction.
