Securitize, the tokenization platform that went public through a SPAC merger on July 1, 2026, counts Blockchain Capital among its most committed backers, and that relationship started because Blockchain Capital was one of Securitize’s earliest customers.
From customer to investorBetween 2017 and 2019, Blockchain Capital worked with Securitize to tokenize its Fund III, creating the BCAP token.
Blockchain Capital participated in that round, putting real capital behind the platform it had already stress-tested with its own fund.
The company has tokenized over $4 billion in assets on its platform as of mid-2026.
Securitize simultaneously tokenized its common stock on both Solana and Avalanche, creating around $295 million in tokenized shares.
