New Delhi [India], August 5 (ANI): More than 15.2 lakh public grievances were received on the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) between January 1 and July 15, 2026, with the average disposal time reduced to 13 days for Central Ministries and Departments, the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions informed Parliament on Wednesday. The Ministry said that in the year 2026 (from January 1 to July 15), 15,20,576 public grievances were received on CPGRAMS, and the average disposal time for redressal of grievances on the platform was 13 days for Central Ministries and Departments. The system enables real-time monitoring, time-bound redressal and continuous oversight by Ministries and Departments, resulting in reduced delays and improved responsiveness. The Ministry informed that an AI-enabled CPGRAMS chatbot, 'Samadhan Didi', was launched on May 30, 2026.
