Samsung Keyboard can sync keyboard data through Samsung Cloud. On Samsung Keyboard, go to Settings > General management > Samsung Keyboard settings and work through the Smart typing section. If Samsung Cloud is backing up your keyboard data, you can disable that from Settings > Accounts and backup > Samsung Cloud.
