KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)A simple - and familiar name - will be returning to the home of the Kansas City Chiefs. On Wednesday, the Chiefs and the Government Employees Health Association (G.E.H.A) announced that KC's stadium will no longer go by GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, but simply just as Arrowhead Stadium. "G.E.H.A is a tremendous partner and this mutual decision reflects a shared commitment to honoring the rich history of Arrowhead Stadium and the Chiefs organization," Chiefs President Mark Donovan said in a press release. The home of the Chiefs has been known as GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium since March of 2021, when team ownership announced the stadium's first-ever name change.
