A 33-year-old has died after a car crashed and caught fire near a caravan park in Perthshire. Emergency services were called to the scene on the A93 at Beech Hedge Caravan Park at 1.35am on Tuesday. The road near Cargill was closed for around 14 hours after the crash involving a Ford Puma. The 33-year-old driver died at the scene, and next of kin are aware. Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident 0214 of Tuesday August 4.
