A 62-year-old cyclist has been taken to hospital after being involved in a crash near a Perthshire village. The crash involved the cyclist and a lorry. The male cyclist was taken to Ninewells Hospital and the road reopened over an hour after the crash. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12pm on Wednesday, we received a report of a crash involving a cyclist and a lorry on the A93 near Abernethy. “Emergency services attended and the cyclist, a 62-year-old man, was taken to Ninewells Hospital for treatment.
