Jean Schneider, 78, passed away peacefully at her residence Aug. 3, 2026, following a long and courageous battle with cancer. Jean Schneider’s Early LifeJean was born in Ireland on June 19, 1948, the daughter of the late William and Sarah (née Howard) Ross. She was educated in Ireland before immigrating to the United States in the early 1970s. While working at the Kenosha Country Club, Jean met the love of her life, John Schneider. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her twin brother, Lexi Ross; brother Howard Ross; and sisters May (Tony) Needham and Bea (Jim) Gibson.
