Two faculty members from Duke Engineering’s Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering have been recognized with several honors at this year’s Design Automation Conference (DAC), a flagship conference in the electronic design automation (EDA) community.
Professors Hai “Helen” Li and Yiran Chen (third and fourth from the right, respectively) join other winners of awards at this year’s Design Automation Conference.
Yiran Chen accepts this year’s • Distinguished Service Award from the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) Special Interest Group on Design Automation (SIGDA).
Hai “Helen” Li accepts this year’s Distinguished Service Award from IEEE Council on Electronic Design Automation (CEDA).
Together, their labs help move ideas from devices and circuits into practical AI systems that can operate closer to where data is generated.
