Sex Crimes Squad detectives have charged a St Marys man with alleged child grooming offences. In June 2026, strike force detectives commenced an investigation into the online activities of a 32-year-old man. About 6.15am yesterday (Tuesday, August 4) strike force detectives executed a search warrant in North St Marys, seizing multiple electronic devices. A 32-year-old man was arrested and taken to St Marys Police Station, where he was charged with ‘use carriage service to procure under 16 sexual activity’ and ‘intentionally distribute intimate image without consent (DV)’.
