The merger will pair MetroStar’s artificial intelligence and digital transformation product expertise with Steampunk‘s user-centered delivery approach, known as Design Intelligence.
The transaction follows Veritas’ continued deployment of capital through its Vantage strategy, which earlier this year agreed to acquire MetroStar, an AI-enabled digital transformation provider serving defense and national security customers.
Matt Warren , CEO of Steampunk, said the deal pairs MetroStar’s technical strength with a values-driven culture and a shared focus on transformation and mission outcomes.
Latham & Watkins served as legal counsel to MetroStar and Veritas.
