@somnambulance I'm really sorry for your loss and it's clear that gaming does help a lot of people with their different (I don't want to say issues) eccentricities and challenges. I remember meeting a blind player once on a game, his girlfriend was helping him to play. I don't know if you read the Egyptian or Tibetan Books of the Dead, they figure heavily into Death Stranding. Gaming and loss for me really (my English is going out the window on this topic) it hit a kind of exposure therapy with the game Spiritfarer. I'm not saying that therapy can't, just that the game did.
