The opening act of Final Fantasy 14 was received so badly as to it being enshrined in legend. My first time playing Final Fantasy 14 was during the pre-launch beta weekend for A Realm Reborn. The multiplayer nature of Final Fantasy 14 can be somewhat confusing if you're coming in fresh. As I mentioned earlier, Final Fantasy 14 is probably better described as a single-player RPG that happens to take place inside an MMO. This climax left Final Fantasy 14 at a terrifying turning point, however: where do we go from here?
