On Saturday the Colchester Farmer’s Market took over the Mercury Theatre Piazza, featuring more than 30 stalls offering fresh food, handcrafted goods, and artisan treats. Biodynamic vegetables, organic salt marsh lamb, fresh-baked bread, chocolates, and New York–style bagels were among the many items on offer. Seasonal flowers, handmade crafts, and natural skincare products also featured at the event.
